JHANS LAW was founded by attorney Siddharth Jhans who is dedicated to fighting for the underdog and representing those who have been harmed by the actions of large corporations.
Siddharth came to appreciate the value of hard work and the dangerous circumstances many employees in our society face on a daily basis when he drove forklifts loading and unloading trucks in a records warehouse facility during the summers when he was in college.
Siddharth started his career as a lawyer at the Public Defender's Office in Santa Clara County where he helped clients who could not afford a lawyer. Ultimately, Siddharth went to work for nationally renowned plaintiffs firms, including Brayton Purcell and the Farrise Law Firm, where he found his true passion representing workers and their families against large corporations. Siddharth began his legal practice at these firms representing seriously ill workers and their families in asbestos and mesothelioma lawsuits and grew his practice to include representing employees who have been unjustly and wrongfully treated by their employers.
Siddharth has represented a variety of employees who have been the victims of unlawful acts by their employers, including employees who have been retaliated against because of their race and gender, those who have been sexually harassed, and those who have been unjustly treated because of a disability. Siddharth is passionate about ensuring that justice is achieved for those who have been wrongfully treated by their employers.
